Facility, Equipment, and Capabilities

We are capable of turning parts between centers of up to 17″, with an 8″ maximum outside diameter and can machine parts up to 25″ x 16″ x 24″ in our machining centers.

We have extensive experience in machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steels, alloy steels, tool steels, a variety of plastics, copper, brass and bronze.

Using a lean approach to manufacturing, we are able to turn and machine most parts in a cellular configuration. This improves our efficiency, making our production costs extremely competitive.

With our strong background and concentration in highly engineered processes, we are able to consistently produce high-value, quality products for our customers. We are also skilled at creating turnkey processes that our customers then use in their own facilities. These projects include fixture and process design, fixture manufacture, part programming as well as preproduction sampling.
